Site Preparation and Formworking
การเตรียมพื้นที่เบื้องต้น
ทำความสะอาดพื้นที่จะติดตั้งคอนกรีตพิมพ์ลายให้สะอาด โดยที่พื้นเดิมจะต้องมีความหนาไม่ตํ่ากว่า 10 ซม. โดยประมาณ หลังจากนั้นสามารถเริ่มทำการเข้าแบบและวางตาข่ายเหล็กเสริม (Wire Mesh)
Clean up the designated stamped concrete construction area. Maintaining the floor level of more than 10 centimeters from the ground, in height. Therefore, proceeding the construction formwork process of wireframing of mesh.

Concrete Base Pouring
เทปูนคอนกรีตบนโครงสร้าง
ทำการเทปูนคอนกรีตตามสเปคทีกำหนดไว้ พื้นคอนกรีตโครงสร้างมีความหนาอยู่ที่ประมาณ 3-5 ซม. จากนั้นเริ่มทำการปรับหน้าพื้นผิวของพื้นที่คอนกรีตทั้งหมด ให้เนียนเรียบได้ระดับตามมาตราฐาน
Start pouring concrete solution according to the customer’s preference. The placement of thickness will be in the range of 3-5 centimeters. Then reconcile the surface area of the concrete to match the same height all around.

Application of Hardener Component
ขั้นตอนโรยผงสี
รอเวลาจนตัวคอนกรีตเริ่มแห้งได้ที่ หลังจากนั้นสามารถเริ่มทำการโรยวัสดุสี Supercolor Hardener Component ลงบนพื้นที่ทั้งหมดเพื่อให้ได้สีที่ต้องการ
Gently wait until concrete solution dried out. Then, proceed to apply Supercolor Hardener Component onto the surface of previously installed concrete placement. This will help us achieve the color customer wanted.

Surface Area Leveling
ปรับระดับพื้นปูน

The next step is to smooth the surface of the concrete and smear all previously applied color powder into an equal portion as we prepare for the stamping process.

Stamping Process
ทำการแสตมป์ลาย
โรยผงลอกแบบ และเริ่มขั้นตอนพิมพ์ลายด้วยแม่พิมพ์แบบ ตามที่เลือกสรรค์
Spread the release agent all over the top surface area of the concrete. Then we can finally proceed with the 'stamping’ procedure and achieve the desired aesthetic.

Curing Process and Final Coating
ลงนํ้ายาเคลือบซูเปอร์การ์ด
เมื่อพื้นแข็งตัว ล้างทำความสะอาดแล้วทิ้งให้แห้งสนิท จากนั้นทำการเคลือบด้วยน้ำยาเคลือบผิว Super Guard Clear Coating เพื่ออุดรูพรุนของผิวคอนกรีต เพิ่มความแข็งแรง พร้อมรักษาให้ความสวยงานคงทนต่อการเกิดเชื้อราตะไคร่นํ้า และรอยขีดข่วน
When the concrete floor has finally cured, proceed another cleaning attempt until dried. Then begin applying final Super Guard Clear Coating to fill up all the holes and gaps the reinforce the strength of the concrete itself, prevent any build up of dirt, moses and major floor scratches.
